Is a NYC car service cheaper than Uber?

For airport transfers, a flat-fare chauffeur usually beats a rideshare once surge kicks in. Swift quotes one all-in number that never moves; Uber Black and yellow cabs float with demand, weather, and events.

How airport pickups work

Your chauffeur is dispatched against your live flight, not the time you booked, so a delayed or early landing is handled automatically. For domestic arrivals the driver waits curbside or in cell-phone lot; for meet-and-greet, they stage inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name board. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait; international arrivals include 60.

Flat fares, tolls included

Airport pricing is a single all-in flat fare confirmed at booking — tolls, airport access fees, and gratuity are already inside the number. There is no meter and no surge, so a 5 PM Friday JFK run and a Sunday-morning JFK run cost the same. Larger parties move up to the First Class SUV (6 passengers) or the 12-seat Sprinter Van.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a car from JFK to Manhattan?+

A Business Sedan from JFK to Manhattan starts from $220 all-in, with tolls and gratuity included and no surge. A First Class SUV starts from $290.

Do you track my flight?+

Yes. Every airport booking is matched to your live flight number, so your chauffeur's staging time moves with the actual arrival — you are never charged for airline delays.

What if my flight is delayed?+

Nothing changes on your end. Because we track the flight, the driver simply arrives for the new landing time. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of free wait, international 60.

Which New York airports do you serve?+

All four: JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), Newark Liberty (EWR), and Teterboro (TEB) for private aviation — plus point-to-point transfers anywhere in the metro, 24/7.
